Scams, impersonators, and copycat listings

We occasionally see fraudulent websites, ads on social media, or marketplace sellers impersonating Nex, reusing our branding, and claiming to sell Nex Playground at unusually low prices. Some may sell used units, others may take payment without delivering anything.

Common signs a listing may be fake

Be cautious if you notice:

  • Prices that are far below normal. Please always refer to our official website for the official pricing: www.nexplayground.com/buy/playground.

  • A website with missing or unclear policies, or vague contact information. See here our Contact Us page.

  • Spelling mistakes, inconsistent branding, unusual checkout flows.

How to protect yourself

Not sure if a seller is legitimate?

Send us the link and/or screenshots of the website before you buy and we’ll help you verify whether it’s authorized.

If you already purchased from a suspicious seller

Please contact your payment method providers for assistance, as soon as possible.

Report a scam or impersonator

We take scam, fraud, and impersonation reports very seriously.

If you encounter a suspicious website, ad, or listing, that appears to impersonate Nex in any way, please email us at [email protected]. Send us the link and, if possible, screenshots.

Your report helps us protect other customers.
