Note: Play Pass subscription must be activated on Nex Playground before you can turn off the auto-renew.
To cancel the auto-renew, visit your Online Store account at: https://shop.nexplayground.com/account/.
Create an account. Please use the email you used to purchase Play Pass and received a Play Pass order confirmation email.
2. Once you have logged in, open the Subscriptions tab.
3. Click the Manage Subscription button.
Click the Cancel button.
