Nex Playground

Nex Playground itself does not have a battery, but the included remote does. There are currently two versions of the remote: 

This remote was discontinued as of September 2024. If you purchased after that, you received the Version 2 design. Version 1 uses a rechargeable battery (recharges via USB-C port). We recommend charging it with the USB-C power supply cord that comes with Nex Playground. This version is no longer available for purchase, as it is no longer manufactured.

This remote design uses 2 replaceable AAA batteries (included with purchase).
