Unboxing and setting up the device:
After setting up the device, follow these steps for assistance with the on-screen prompts:

Connect the provided HDMI cable into the back of Nex Playground and into an HDMI port of your TV.
Use your TV remote to switch the input source to the right HDMI port, e.g. HDMI 1 or HDMI 2.
Connect the provided USB-C power cable into the USB-C port located at the back of Nex Playground.
Be sure to use the provided power cable, as using other cables may damage the unit.
Connect the power cable into a power outlet. If possible, please avoid extensions/power strips.
Put in the included batteries into Nex Playground remote control.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the first time setup.
During the account creation process, you will have the option to buy or enter your code for a Play Pass to unlock additional games.
Turn on Game Mode on your TV for Nex Playground, if available:
You can find out if your TV has a game mode by going to your TV’s picture settings or read the instructions at the bottom of this page.
To start playing games, please follow these steps:
The 5 Starter Pack games will start downloading automatically as long as you are connected to Wi-Fi. This can take up to an hour depending on your internet speed.
If you activated a Play Pass, then the additional games will also start downloading. The Play Pass downloads can take up to 1 hour depending on your internet speed.
Once you no longer see Pending/Installing… under the game tiles, they have been downloaded. Press Play on the game tile to start!
Experiencing issues?
We recommend rebooting Nex Playground by unplugging and plugging the USB-C power cable after all games have finished installing.
