If you experience a delay between moving yourself and seeing a response in the game, it is a latency (or “input lag”) issue.
What is “Game Mode”?
Designed specifically for use with video games, "Game Mode" is a setting that optimizes a TV’s performance for gaming. This will improve both picture quality and reduce input lag.
This setting can be found in your TV’s settings menu, if you cannot find it, try google “How to turn on Game Mode in {my TV brand and model}”.

How to enable "Game Mode" on your TV
Follow this video to enable Game Mode feature on your TV:
If enabling "Game Mode" does not help:
Make sure all software updates are already completed
If software updates are in progress in the background, gameplay performance may degrade as the CPU’s power is not fully utilized in the games.
If you are setting up Playground for the first time, please give it at least 30 to 45 minutes to finish downloading all software updates.
Make sure your Playground’s software is updated
Turn on WiFi on Playground if it’s been offline for a while.
Playground will automatically download the latest PlayOS and game updates, if any.
Refer to Step 1 above to make sure all updates are done.
Reboot your Playground
Unplug and replug the power cord.
