A: The in-store Nex Playground demo experience has been designed to make the experience seamless and intuitive, while accommodating for the in-store environment. To achieve this, we created special demo versions of our most popular games that let players experience the fun immediately, without menus or mode selection, so the focus stays on pure, hands-on play.

A: At this time, remote-free or gesture navigation is exclusive to the demo experience. There's no option to enable remote-free navigation for non-retail Nex Playground units. We hope to release the gesture navigation feature in a near future.

A: That's not expected, please try flagging a store employee to turn the display on and off again. We'd also appreciate that you send us an email to [email protected] with the store location and pictures so we can follow up with the store.

A: The in-store demo isn’t available for purchase because it was designed specifically for the retail environment to give shoppers a safe, hands-on taste of Playground’s motion gameplay. The full Playground experience customers bring home offers the complete depth and variety of games, where players can truly explore everything Playground has to offer.
