If your body does not fit in the camera view during setup, Playground may have been placed too low or high.
The current height placement recommendation is between 15-60 inches.
For further assistance, please try visiting the tracking assistant, located in the Help menu of your Playground and follow the set up instructions.
If the steps above don't help, please reboot your device by unplugging it from the power source for 15 seconds. Then, plug it back in and try again.
