My body does not fit in the camera view during setup

Making sure the cube is properly placed

For optimal performance, Playground needs to be properly placed. Please click the blue button below:

Try the tips in the built-in Tracking Assistant

If you are still experiencing issues, please try our tracking assistant app, located in the Help menu of your Playground.

  1. Help > Setup Essentials > Motion Tracking

  2. First, try the Tips.

  3. After that, go to the Tracking Assistant.

If the steps above don't help, please reboot your device by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds. Then, plug it back in and try again.
