If your camera display appears blurry, fuzzy, or out of focus, the lens may be scratched. Here's what we recommend in that case:

This may remove any dirt or smudges on the lens. Only use a microfiber wipe or towel, as other materials could scratch the lens.

Toothpaste is an abrasive material that might damage the lens.

Unfortunately, the lens cannot be replaced on its own. Please use the Troubleshooting Tool to submit information to us and we'll verify amd see if there's anything we can do to help.
