A warranty claim can only be submitted through this Troubleshooting Tool, please submit all answers accurately to avoid delays in processing your claim.

Please have these ready:

  1. Nex Playground already connected to a TV and a power source

  2. A smartphone to take photos and/or video

  3. A proof of purchase, or gift receipt: it must show the order number and date of purchase.

The questions in this tool may solve your problem or help determine if a replacement is necessary. New questions will be revealed as you answer.

If a warranty replacement seems necessary, a form will appear for you to upload a proof of purchase, contact information and a short video in some cases.
