A warranty claim can only be submitted through this Troubleshooting Tool. Please submit all answers accurately to avoid delays in processing your claim.

What is it?

Our Troubleshooting Tool is a guided, step-by-step resource designed to help you troubleshoot hardware issues with your Nex Playground. It walks you through a series of targeted questions based on the problem your experiencing and provides recommended troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved, the tool also helps collect the necessary information to submit a warranty claim.

The questions in this tool may solve your problem or help determine if a replacement is necessary. New questions will be revealed as you answer. Additionally, attempting basic troubleshooting steps beforehand, like waiting for the system to load or power cycling the device, may help resolve the issue.

To begin, have these ready:

  1. Ensure your Nex Playground properly connected to a TV and a power source.

  2. Have a smartphone to capture clear videos and/or photos of the issue.

  3. a. Have your proof of purchase ready. It must clearly show all four of the following:

    • Date of purchase

    • Order number

    • The item purchased

    • Who sold it (the retailer or seller)

    b. if it was a gift, a gift receipt will be sufficient.

What if the troubleshooting tool doesn't solve the issue?

If the issue is not fixed through the Troubleshooting Tool, you'll see a form for you to upload the necessary information for a warranty claim.
