Nex Playground does not offer price adjustments or post-purchase credits for items that go on sale after purchase. However, you can take advantage of sale prices by returning the original purchase within the return window and placing a new order at the discounted price.
Price Adjustment Policy
Nex Playground does not provide price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. If the price of an item drops after your purchase, you can return the item and repurchase it at the lower price, provided your order is still within the return window.
Returning your Playground
To return your Playground purchased from the official Nex Playground website, follow these steps:
Complete the Return form: Use the online return form here https://returns.nexplayground.com to initiate your return. You will need your order number and either your email address, postal code, or phone number to locate your order.
Prepare the Package: Follow the packaging guidelines provided during the return process. Ensure all original items are included in the box.
Ship the Product: Use the prepaid return label provided to send the product back in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Receive Your Refund: Once the return is received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks typically take 7–10 business days to process refunds.
Place a New Order: After receiving your refund, place a new order at the discounted price.
For Purchases Made Through Retailers
If you purchased your Nex Playground device through a retailer or Amazon, the returnprocess may differ:
Contact the retailer's customer service team to request a price adjustment or credit. Pricing and promotions are managed by them, and they may offer a price adjustment at their discretion.
If the retailer does not provide a price adjustment, initiate a return through them within their return window and place a new order at the lower price.
