Play Pass is available in two options:
Play Pass Subscription
This Play Pass is digital and automatically renews.
You can cancel the auto-renew anytime.
You can choose between a 3-Month ($49) and 12-Month ($89) subscription.
Fully refundable within 7 days of activation if this is your first purchase of any Play Pass - you must contact customer support to request a refund within 7 days.
Where to purchase:
Right on your Nex Playground! Scroll up to the top menu, go to the Play Pass section and follow the on-screen instructions. No code is required, you'll get immediate access.
One-Time Pass
This Play Pass is a one-time purchase, it will NOT auto-renew and is great for gifting!
It can be a physical card purchased in store or a digital card delivered via email.
You can choose between a 3-Month ($49) and 12-Month ($89) Play Pass.
Play Passes purchased from retailers or Amazon are non-refundable.
Where to purchase:
The time on any Play Pass won’t start counting until you activate it on Nex Playground, which means you will not lose any time if you buy it in advance.
