One Play Pass can be used on a maximum of 2 Nex Playgrounds if they belong to the same household, e.g. your vacation home. If you have purchased multiple Play Passes for devices used in the same household, you can cancel the extra Play Pass by contacting customer support.
To activate your Play Pass on a second Nex Playground, just sign in from the home screen using the same email you used to activate the first Play Pass:
Go to the top menu bar and click System.
In the System settings, click Account and log in to "My Playground".
For Nex Playground used in different households, you will need to purchase a separate Play Pass.
