One Play Pass can be used on a maximum of 2 Nex Playgrounds if they belong to the same household, e.g. your vacation home.
How to access your Play Pass on a second Nex Playground
If the second Nex Playground belongs to the same household, you can simply sign into the same email account signed into the first device:
Go to the top menu bar and select System.
In the System settings, select Account and log in to "My Playground".
If you have purchased multiple Play Passes for devices used in the same household, you can cancel the extra Play Pass by contacting customer support. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
Separate households need different Play Passes
The same Play Pass cannot be used in two devices if they belong to different households.
