Play Pass purchased from Nex
If you purchased your Play Pass directly from Nex Playground Website, you can contact customer support to recover your activation code.
Note: if you purchased a Play Pass by scanning a QR code on TV screen, you do NOT need an activation code because that type of Play Pass is automatically activated after purchase and no code delivery is involved.
Play Pass purchased from Amazon or retailers
If you purchased a physical or digital Play Pass from Amazon or authorized retailers like Target, Walmart, Best Buy or Sam's Club, please contact their customer support for help. Unfortunately Nex does not have access to their system at all. Our hands are tied in this situation and are unable to help you.
If you've contacted the retailer and the issue is unresolved, or the retailer directs you to us, please reach out. When you contact us, make sure to include:
Proof of purchase
Retailer name
Any communication you’ve received from the retailer
