This article is only applicable to Play Passes purchased on the Nex Playground website. If you bought a Play Pass by scanning a QR code on your TV screen, you do not need an activation code because the Play Pass was automatically activated after purchase.
If you purchased a Play Pass on the Nex Playground website
Your activation code should be emailed within 60 minutes of placing the order.
The email will be titled: Your Play Pass Activation Code.
If you don't see the email with your Play Pass activation code:
Check your order confirmation email to verify the email address. The Play Pass activation code is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Check your spam/junk folder to see if the email is there, the sender email is [email protected] or [email protected].
Make sure there are no filters in your account that may be blocking emails from @nex.inc.
