How to find your activation code
IMPORTANT: It may take up to 48 hours for Amazon to release/send you the activation code.
Amazon calls it a Product Code and it will be found in both email and your Amazon account.
Code received via email
You'll receive the "Product Code" via email that looks like below.
The email will be sent from: [email protected], not from Nex.
Code received via Amazon Website
You can find the "Product Code" in your Amazon account. Click here, or follow the steps:
On a computer, visit Account & List.
Select Your Orders. Click on Go to your Games Library.
On that page, you’ll find the Product Code.
Activate your Play Pass on Nex Playground
Use the on screen QR code to sign into your email associated with your Nex Playground.
You'll need to verify your email address, please use the temporary login key sent to your inbox here.
Once you get to the activate Play Pass screen, enter your "Product Code" provided by Amazon, this is your Play Pass activation code.
Hit the Next button.
Congrats! You've unlocked a Play Pass!
I still don't see my code from Amazon after 48 hours
It is possible that there are glitches with Amazon's system, please contact Amazon Customer Service for help. Unfortunately Nex does NOT have access to their system and our hands are tied. We cannot help you in this situation, we're very sorry!
