How to find your activation code
IMPORTANT: It may take up to 4 hours for Amazon to release/send you the activation code.
Amazon calls the Play Pass activation code a Product Code, and it will be found in both your email inbox and your Amazon account.
Your Amazon order number is not your activation code. Please make sure you use the Product Code, not the order number.
Your Amazon order number is usually 17 digits and may look like this: D01-....
Always refer to the Amazon invoice for the Play Pass purchase for an accurate order number.
Your Product Code is much shorter and includes letters, such as: GDA123456.
Check your email for the activation code
You will receive the "Product Code" in an email sent from [email protected], not from Nex.
You may also want to check your spam, promotions, junk, or updates folder in case the email was filtered outside your main inbox.
Check the Amazon website for the code
Having trouble finding the email from Amazon? No worries! You can also view Amazon-sent emails directly from the Your Messages section of your Amazon account, so you do not have to search through your email inbox.
On a computer, go to Account & Lists.
Select Your Messages.
Look for the message titled “Your Redemption codes for Nex Playground X-Month Play Pass - [Digital Code] are here!”
Open the message to find your Product Code.
You can also find the "Product Code" in your Amazon Games Library here, or follow the steps:
On a computer, visit Account & List.
Select Your Orders. Click on Go to your Games Library.
On that page, you’ll find the Product Code.
Activating the Play Pass on Nex Playground
Once you have your Amazon Product Code, you can activate the Play Pass on your Playground.
Please follow the steps in our activation article:
I still don't see my code from Amazon after 4 hours
It is possible that there are glitches with Amazon's system, please contact Amazon Customer Service for help. We recommend using Amazon chat support when possible. Chat support may be easier because Amazon can send clickable links to help you access your Product Code through your Amazon account or message center.
If Amazon’s automated support message tells you to wait because it has been less than 4 hour since your Play Pass purchase, but you still need help, select: “Speak to an associate now” and a live agent will be happy to assist you.
Make sure to check your invoice to see if there were any issues with the purchase. Unfortunately, Nex does not have access to Amazon’s internal order system and cannot resend, retrieve, or refund Amazon-issued Product Codes. However, once you are able to locate your Product Code, Nex will be happy to help you activate it on your Nex Playground.
