How to find your activation code
IMPORTANT: It may take up to 48 hours for Amazon to release/send you the activation code.
Amazon calls it a Product Code, and it will be found in both your email inbox and your Amazon account.
Check your email for the activation code
You will receive the "Product Code" in an email sent from [email protected], not from Nex.
Check the Amazon website for the code
You can find the "Product Code" in your Amazon account. Visit your Games Library here, or follow the steps:
On a computer, visit Account & List.
Select Your Orders. Click on Go to your Games Library.
On that page, you’ll find the Product Code.

It is possible that there are glitches with Amazon's system, please contact Amazon Customer Service for help. Make sure to check your invoice to see if there were any issues with the purchase. Unfortunately Nex does NOT have access to their system and our hands are tied. We cannot help you in this situation, we're very sorry!
