You can activate or purchase a Play Pass during first time set up or anytime!
OPTION 1: I am setting up Playground for the first time:
You will see this screen to begin the activation process for your Playground.
You can either:
Scan the QR Code (Recommended). Scan the QR code on screen using your smartphone’s camera to proceed. Please avoid third-party QR code readers.
Visit URL. Enter the website address found below the QR code into a web browser on your phone or computer.
After scanning the QR code or visiting the website through the link, you'll see the screen below:
Create a Playground account, and verify your email address with the temporary login key to authenticate.
After the account is created, you can choose to activate a Play Pass. This page can be closed if you wish to skip the Play Pass for now.
OPTION 2: I am NOT setting up Playground for the first time:
Search for the top menu bar on the Home Screen and select Play Pass. You can find the top menu bar by pressing UP on the remote a couple of times.
Scan the QR code on screen with your mobile phone camera, or enter the website address found below the QR code into a web browser on your phone or computer.
Create an account or sign into the desired one to activate or purchase a Play Pass.
Select Activate.
Then, enter your activation code, or purchase your Play Pass by selecting Get a Play Pass!
Activating a Play Pass gift card or e-gift card:
Play Pass gift cards or e-gift cards consist of a 19-digit card number and a 4-digit pin. You will first type in the 19-digit code, hit next, then enter the 4-digit pin, and hit Activate. Follow the steps:
When prompted to enter your activation code, enter first your 19-digit card number. This is the activation code for gift cards and e-gift cards. Make sure to enter the 19-digit card number with no spaces between the numbers.
After you hit Next on the screen above, enter the 4-digit pin:

When prompted to enter your activation code, simply type it in and hit Next.
