Use the on screen QR code to sign into your email associated with your Nex Playground.
You'll need to verify your email address, please use the temporary login key sent to your inbox here.
Once you get to the activate Play Pass screen, enter your card number, this is your activation code.
For help with e-gift cards, scroll down for additional instructions.
Hit the Next button.
Enter your 4-digit PIN, and hit the Next button.
Congrats! You've unlocked a Play Pass, finish set up on your TV!
For E-Gift Cards:
After purchase, you'll get an email confirmation with order details.
You'll received a second email later in the day titled: Your E-Gift Card Order BBY + Order Number. Click View my E-Gift Card.
The email will be from: [email protected]
Insert your email address to see card number and pin details.
I still don't see my code from Best Buy after 48 hours
It is possible that there are glitches with Best Buy's system, please contact Best Buy Customer Service for help. Unfortunately Nex does NOT have access to their system and our hands are tied. We cannot help you in this situation, we're very sorry!
