You'll need to verify your email address, please use the temporary login key sent to your inbox here.
Once you get to the activate Play Pass screen, enter your card number, this is your activation code.

Hit the Next button.
Enter your 4-digit PIN, and hit the Next button.
Congrats! You've unlocked a Play Pass, finish setting up on your TV!
For Digital Gift Cards:
You will receive a confirmation email from SamsClub.com within minutes of successful order placement.
A second email from [email protected] with access to your Code is usually delivered within an hour or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Sam’s Club or your credit card company.
If you have issues receiving your email, go to the following webpage to access your purchase: http://evegift.samsclub.com . Enter your email address used to order on SamsClub.com and your SamsClub.com Order Number (your order number can be found on your confirmation email from SamsClub.com or in your Account Order History on SamsClub.com).
I still don't see my code from Sam's Club after 48 hours
It is possible that there are glitches with Sam's Club's system, please contact Sam's Club Customer Service for help. Unfortunately Nex does NOT have access to their system and our hands are tied. We cannot help you in this situation, we're very sorry!
