When activating the Play Pass, enter first the 19-digit card number, hit next, then the 4-digit pin. Make sure that there are no spaces between the numbers.
Digital purchase: e-Gift Card received via email
You will receive a confirmation email from SamsClub.com within minutes of successful order placement.
A second email from [email protected] with access to your Code is usually delivered within an hour or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Sam’s Club or your credit card company.

Go to the Sam's club eGift Card delivery Center: http://evegift.samsclub.com. Enter your email address used to order on SamsClub.com and your Sam's Club Order Number (your order number can be found on your confirmation email from Sam's Club or in your Account Order History on SamsClub.com).
I still don't see my Play Pass from Sam's Club after 48 hours
It is possible that there are glitches with Sam's Club's system, please contact Sam's Club Customer Service for help. Unfortunately Nex does NOT have access to their system and our hands are tied. We cannot help you in this situation, we're very sorry!
