When activating the Play Pass, enter first the 19-digit card number, hit next, then the 4-digit pin. Make sure that there are no spaces between the numbers.
Digital purchase: e-Gift Card received via email
You will receive a confirmation email from Target after successful order placement.
A second email from [email protected] with access to your eCard is usually delivered within an hour or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Sam’s Club or your credit card company.
After purchase, you'll receive your gift card information via email later in the day. Go to eCard Center.
Then, select View eGift

I still don't see my Play Pass from Target after 48 hours
It is possible that there are glitches with Target's system, please contact Target Customer Service for help. Unfortunately Nex does NOT have access to their system and our hands are tied. We cannot help you in this situation, we're very sorry!
