Enable the Play Pass auto-renew feature through our website:
Visit my.nexplayground.com and sign into your Nex account. This is the account you are signed in on your Playground.
Select Manage.
Select Turn on auto-renew
After you confirm, you'll be able to select the desired payment method for the upcoming automatic renewal. If there are no saved payment methods, you'll be able to add a new card.
Congrats! You enabled the automatic renewal of your Play Pass, which will happen once the current Play Pass expires.
If this feature is not available for your Play Pass:
This feature is not available for Play Passes purchased from retailers or Amazon, either in the form of physical Gift Cards, or digital codes.
Legacy Play Passes purchased from Nex also do not support this feature.
We hope to offer this feature for all Play Passes soon.
You can simply purchase a new Play Pass once the current one expires.
