Alternatively, you can cancel your Play Pass auto-renew from our website:
Visit my.nexplayground.com and sign into your Nex account. This is the account you are signed in on your Playground.
Select Manage.
Select Turn off auto-renew
Confirm you'd like to turn off the auto-renew.
You will still be able to access the Play Pass content until the original renewal date, and you won't be charged again.
