There are currently two versions of the remote. Customers that purchased after September 2024 received the revised version, which takes batteries and does not require charging.
Version 1
The remote in the picture above has a rechargeable battery.
Once you see an amber or red light at the bottom of your remote, it is time to charge it.
To Charge:
Connect the USB-C plug of the provided power cable to the bottom USB-C port of your remote.
You will see a pulsing green light once your remote has started charging.
Once your remote has been fully charged, the green light will stop pulsing and it's ready to use!
Version 2
The remote in the picture above takes 2 AAA batteries (included with the purchase).
If the LED indicator does not light up when pressing buttons, please confirm that both batteries are placed positive side downwards, or try a new set of batteries.
