Will it work overseas/outside of the U.S. and Canada?
Nex Playground works overseas. To download the latest games and system updates, it needs to be connected to the Internet. Once downloaded, the games would continue to work even without Internet access. In some regions/countries, network restrictions and firewalls may prevent Nex Playground from performing software updates, hence preventing any new content from being downloaded.
What is the voltage needed?
Nex Playground is universal voltage (100 to 240V) so you can use Nex Playground anywhere in the world without a voltage converter. You may need a travel adapter depending on your destination. Please always use the original power supply comes with Nex Playground.
