If your tracking number shows "Lost" or "Undelivered", please contact us to track down the package.
Does tracking show "Delivered"?
If your tracking number shows that your order is "Delivered" but you cannot find your package anywhere or the item cannot be found inside your package, unfortunately we cannot submit any claim with our shipping provider and will not be able to assist with missing item or package.
