My power supply stopped working
If your original power supply stopped working and your Nex Playground is still under warranty, please use the Troubleshooting Tool to submit a warranty claim and we will send you a replacement after approving the submission. For the safety and functionality of your device, always use official or approved accessories to avoid potential issues such as blank screens, flickering, or overheating.
Please ONLY use the original USB-C power cable with your Nex Playground. Third-party cables can lead to:
Blank or black screens
Flickering or snowy displays

HDMI Cable
While Nex Playground does not sell official HDMI cables, you can use any good-quality HDMI 2.1 cable from third-party retailers. Ensure the cable meets the HDMI 2.1 standard to avoid potential compatibility issues. Important Warning: Do not use third-party or unsupported power supply cables with your Nex Playground.
