If the cube feels warm during gameplay
The cube may feel warm to touch while games are running, especially during longer sessions.
If it feels similar to a warm cup of coffee to the touch, this is expected and does not indicate a problem. Heavier games like Fruit Ninja might have a higher impact.
What to do
Make sure the device is placed in an open, well-ventilated area.
Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or directly against walls, so as not to block air vents.
Ensure nothing is covering the device or blocking air flow near the vents.
If the cube feels warm when "off"
Make sure that the cube is actually off. The device might still be running after the TV is turned off.
What to do
Manually put Nex Playground into sleep mode:
You can ensure the cube is off by manually unplugging it from the power source.
Once in sleep mode, the device should cool down.
Monitor the situation
After following the steps above, confirm that it only feels warm during active gameplay.
