The settings in your Nex Playground can be locked using a security pattern, which you can set up when you first visit the Family Tools menu on your Playground.
Creating your security pattern
After selecting Unlock, we'll email you a security pattern.
Your security pattern is a sequence of four directional button presses on your remote. When you set up Family Tools, this pattern was emailed to you. Find the email, then use the directional buttons on your remote to enter the pattern. Once you've entered it, press the center button to continue.
Once you've found it, use your remote to enter your security pattern.
The Family Tools menu is now unlocked!
You will use this same pattern to unlock the settings menu on your Playground. It will be saved in your email inbox in case you lose it.
Looking to change the security pattern?
If you'd like to change the security pattern, visit the Family Tools menu, go to Security Pattern and select Change. This will automatically send a new security pattern to your email.
