What does a factory reset do?
A factory reset restores your Nex Playground to its original manufacturer settings, i.e. "out-of-the-box" state. It will remove all your account information, game progress, and custom configurations from the device.
There is no way to undo or revert a factory reset.
Performing a factory reset is recommended if Nex Playground will leave your possession (i.e. returning, exchanging, or donating).
Follow the steps below:
On the home screen, press UP on your remote a few times until you see the top menu bar.
Select the System menu.
Press down on the remote until you see the Reset to Factory Settings option.
Press and hold the center button on the remote to confirm.
If you cannot access the System menu:
You can still perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the Back button on the remote for 10 seconds. If successful, you should see the following screen:
