Cancel your Play Pass auto-renew through our website:
Visit my.nexplayground.com and sign into your Nex account. This is the account you are signed in on your Playground.
Select Manage.
Select Turn off auto-renew
Confirm you'd like to turn off the auto-renew.
After canceling auto-renew, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged further as your membership will not renew beyond the pre-paid term.
