To change your billing information, e.g. use a different credit card, please go to https://shop.nexplayground.com/account and create an account using your order email address, if you have not already. Once you have logged in, please click “Manage subscription” → “Edit Payment”.
If you forgot which email address you used when purchasing Play Pass, please send us a message and we can look it up for you.
