Can the activation code be resent to a different email?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we’re unable to send your activation code to a different email. You will need to retrieve it from the email inbox associated with the purchase.

If you purchased using the wrong email address, or made a typo, please contact us so we may assist you directly. Please have the following information ready, as it will enable us to assist you more effectively:

  1. Order number

  2. Contact name and billing address used.

  3. Last 4 digits of credit card (if applicable)
