How to change the email associated with your Playground account

If you are looking to change the email associated with your account but you do not have an active Play Pass, you can simply create a new account!


Follow the steps

If are looking to change the email associated with your Playground account, please follow these steps. If you've lost access to the email, please get in touch directly with our CS team so that we may assist.

  1. Visit my.nexplayground.com, sign into the account you are looking to change the email of.

  2. Select Change Email Address

  3. Enter your new email address and tap Send.

  4. Check the inbox of your new email address for a message from [email protected] and follow the verification link inside.


Did not receive the verification email?

Check your junk and spam folders first. If it's not there, note that it may take a few minutes to arrive. Wait at least 15 minutes before requesting a new one.

If you've already requested a new verification email and are seeing a "too many requests" message, please wait a little while before trying again.

If you're seeing a message that the email change is temporarily unavailable, try again after 24 hours. For other issues, reach out to our support team and we'll take it from there.
