Playground is not responding to movements/game is frozen

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Press the Back button on the remote control unit for 5 seconds to force quit the current game.

If that does not work, please reboot your Playground by unplugging the power cable for 10 seconds before plugging it back in, then try the following:

  1. From the home screen, scroll up on the remote until you see the settings menu, then select System.

  2. Scroll all the way down and then select Fix stuck games

Alternatively, you can try fixing games individually:

  1. From the home screen, select the game that is stuck.

  2. Scroll down and select Game Stuck?

The game should now be fixed.
