When a game becomes unresponsive or freezes, you can use "Fix stuck games" to force quit it.

1. Scroll up to ‘Settings’ at the top of home screen

2. Go to ‘System’

3. Scroll down to ‘Fix stuck games’

4. Click the middle button to confirm

5. Stuck game should have been fixed

6. Try to launch the game again

1. Select the stuck game

2. Scroll down on the game page to select ‘Game Stuck?’

3. Click the middle button to confirm

4. On your screen, a notification will display that the game should be fixed

5. This game should be fixe. Click ‘Play’ to try again

If "Fix stuck games" does not help, try reboot your Nex Playground.
