Please make sure that you are using the provided power cable with your Playground. Other cables may not provide sufficient power, potentially damaging it.
If you are using the provided power cable, please make sure that the outlet is providing sufficient power. You can also try charging the remote. If you do not see a LED light at the bottom of the remote while it is plugged in, please contact us.
If the LED light next to the camera is on, that means that Playground is powered on. Please make sure that you have switched your TV’s HDMI source to the one Playground is connected to.
