Please follow these steps if you are having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi:
Troubleshooting "Incorrect Password"
I am seeing an “Incorrect Password” screen:
Check your router
Most home Wi-Fi routers have a sticker/label on the bottom/back.
This label will include the Wi-Fi network name and password.
Check a device that is already connected
If you have another device connected to this network, you may be able to find the password saved in the device's network settings. This option is widely available on Windows 7 and above, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Troubleshooting “Can’t Connect to Internet”
I am seeing a “Can’t Connect to Internet” screen:
If you are seeing this screen, please make sure that your Wi-Fi network is active.
Then, please review the “Network Info” to make sure everything is correct.
You can also try rebooting Playground by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable as well as connecting to a different Wi-Fi network if available.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and/or your network provider.
Troubleshooting “Something Went Wrong”
I am seeing a “Something went wrong” screen:
If you are seeing this screen, please select “Try again” to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
If the issue persists, please reboot Playground by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable as well as connecting to a different Wi-Fi network if available.
Troubleshooting A Stuck Spinner
I am stuck with a spinner:
If you are stuck with a spinner for more than a minutes, reboot Playground by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable and retry.
If the problem persist, please connecting to a different Wi-Fi network if available.
Otherwise, on the WiFi list, please scroll to the bottom and select “Enter manually”.
Then, please enter the name and password of your Wi-Fi network.
